    I can control myself on P but I really can't do that on teasing videos (like sexy dancing or striptease) especially on asian girls ! !It's really really hard on me to control my urges on these girls!
    Just now, I don't want to break my Nofap progress ,but my urges tell me to watch some sexy asian dancing videos! ! Damn it! I can't control it! ! What to do please? ? (>____<)

    You need to stop immediately. I dont know. Throw out your computer. Go offline for a month. Go live with some family so you cant do anything like this. If you dont stop then soon yourr gonna be fapping and you will never beat this shit.

    I found this information from other brothers on the forum and just copied and pasted it:

    In the beginning, set your goals like "1 clean day". Then "2 clean days".
