Well firstly you've completed the 7 day challenge so congratulations! But yes you would begin again from day 1 for the 14 day challenge. However, when you complete it you would have done 3 weeks on nofap which is not easily done!

Day 8- for the first time I had really bad urges. I even began to question if all of this nofap was worth it. However, thankfully, I managed to get all of the negative thoughts out of my head and just thought of the end goal.
I think it's important to note that urges are natural, but resisting an urge shows great mental strength and a willingness to improve and overcome your addiction.

Doing okay. School's been a killer today and i still got a lot to do. Hope i can get early to bed so I can get some sleep.

PM'd a little to the hardcore porn that I'm specifically trying to avoid so going to call that a relapse. Need a clean slate and I've never gotten to 14 days before properly so this will be a great challenge for me.
