    In order to get an will of iron I have a good exercise for you guys!
    Take a cold shower, go as cold as you can. If you succeed you will feel like a real man when getting off the shower.

    Agreed. I've been having cold showers every day for the past 10 days and they are amazing - I can accomplish anything after that - they really help to reinforce the meaning in the phrase, 'there's nothing to fear but fear itself.'

    It's due to start getting cold in the UK soon but I intend to stick with it.
