[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 4/90

 

Day 2.

 

Day 70 - the nofap challenge is the only thing going right for me and even that it's a major struggle. With no urges, I just can't seem to sooth myself and I just lay there. Another night of waking at 3:30am and after 45 mins of being fully awake, I just read.

I am in a tough spot in life right now. It's royally f*cked

Day 0/90 again... I woke up in the middle of the night and it was almost automatic.. Couldn't even bring myself to analyse the situation or react to avoid it.. This time I won't make the same mistake

61 here. Here’s my post. Learning some profound things about myself, and deep too, such as things about my past. Old memories of me as toddler are surfacing.

Still day 6 but took a nap and had a wet dream unfortunately but I am staying strong no pmo we are all doing something many won’t even dare try succeeding in this is one more step to winning in life

 

9/90...light urges during the day. Luckily kept busy by work.

 

damn I had it at day 6 too and then 8 too and now it's day 10for me, so I hope pls not again )
