    Lately I've been helping my brain learn to HATE pornography. I've tried to go to as many anti-porn websites taking in as much information ad possible. So far it's been really helpful. I've also been practicing new medication techniques, and I've been going on walks and have been working out when the urges feel strong. I just hope the rest of the week goes smoothly, it's already gotten off to a rough start.

    Stay Strong ladies & gents, there is a better life after porn!

    I think this is absolutely true. Thank you for the reminder! Since I was PMO'ing throughout most of my adolescence, it's strange how I can let porn be this "old friend" I turn to after a tough week. But, just like you're saying, porn is in no way our friend, it is the enemy! The quicker I can get through my thick skull, the better.

    But remember, filling your mind with HATE creates other problems in your psyche.

    Suggestion: replace that old love for porn with a love for something new. Out with hate, in with love.
