Every time i watched porn, i had terrible feelings and symptoms!

wow had the same experience when I relapsed the other day after not watching porn for 16 days also my face was red as an apple for a few minutes after it must be a chemical process that is occuring

 

After viewing porn and fapping to it I always feel shame and repulsed by myself like in literally from day to night in a few seconds!

 

it comes and goes, remember this NO ONE IS PERFECT you view porn and fapped learn why you did it and start over its not as big of deal as you think. I know I relapsed a lot had a streaks of 42 days 18 days many 14 day stretchs don't beat yourself up over it learn and grow from it

 

This is normal, and another reason not to fap : prevent heartattacks.

 

yeah I do have a fast heartbeat it realy only occurs when I relapse and watch porn after not watching it for a long time kind of like a rush my face turns red but I have found that goes away if I continue to watch porn day after day its temporary because my blood pressure was checked by a doctor and is fine just another reason not to watch porn get back to my streak you learn something new about yourself every day on this journey

 

Surely this is just a symptom of being excited to look at some porn, which is understandable, especially from an addict who's relapsing after a period of abstinence.

I wouldn't be too concerned
