experimenting on the GLOW in eyes

    Hi guys ! I have decided to do an experiment to see if it really true that our eyes glow while rebooting ! It goes like this . I took a picture of my eyes after my relapse. I will compare it with the picture I will take after 50 days of nofap , I will report my finding after 50 days

    Great idea. Make sure to take the pictures under the exact same circumstances, meaning the same amount of light. Otherwise this won't work.

    it's supposed to be one of the benifet of nofap . I personally experienced some glow in my eyes during my last 44 day streak . Now I want to make sure if it's true or not .

    Photos may not reveal well. I will say there is a certain look in my eyes I notice when I go around a week without PMO. There's more color or maybe its that I look more relaxed. But it is definitely different and more my "true" look - more solid maybe. And I have noticed women looking in my eyes more during these times too.
