10/365 double digits !! finally can't wait to pass my previous best of 15 days and then continue up to 365 days. Today has been good and i can tell when my brain is trying to pull me back, more from a 'no harm in doing this ' point of view, but i know that consistency over everything is key. Good luck to all of you. Cheers for the help you lot give, just by posting and liking others comments it reminds you that you aren't alone in this and that we will all overcome it together, no matter how long it has affected us
