    I reached 30 days no PMO a couple of days ago and I'm thankful that my resolve to see this through has lasted this long. Last time I masturbated it was honestly so unpleasant that I actively dont want to anymore, which makes it easier than it has been in the past to abstain.

    I just hope that this unpleasant last time doesnt have the knock on effect of making me averse to sexuality in general, I guess I will have to wait and see, its still early days and still an accomplishment in and of itself!
