Sex on a Nofap challenge?

    My question has to do whether having sex(if erection is attainable)would be a setback? I'm 24 years old and for a little bit now I've had trouble getting erections/morning wood and can only really get one up to the raunchiest of porno's. I'm currently talking to two chicks right now and I've slept with one of them and only fooled around with the other and I know if I wanted to I could sleep with the other as well. My question is If i have sex would that be a setback to the Nofap challenge? or Would intimate relations help create new neural pathways for sexual arousal?

    I got to 40+ days while having sex and no PMO or MO.

    It's up to you and what you want to do. If this is your first time you might want to try a 30 day NoFap challenge while still having sex. After 30 days you can decided if you want to go for a 90 day total reset or not.

    If you do go for a reboot it might be slower to get there while having sex, but I think if you stop PMO you will get there eventually even while you're having sex. (Might take like 120ish days to reboot while having sex instead of 90.)

    Well if you aren't doing "Hard mode" then sex should be ok. Technically you aren't watching Porn nor Masturbating.
