I'm going to start my whole journey and experience while on No pmo.

 

Day 0
Today I relapsed a after 15 days.
Till morning 10 am everything was okay and suddenly I started feeling urgues so first I tried very hard to ignore but failed and I opened up my fb account and tried searching nude girl and made an excuse that I'll report those photo that's why I'm seeing these content.
And after reporting some images I made an excuse that last Time I'll watch porn and never I'll watch afterward.
And I relapsed.

At this time I'm in bed and all set to sleep . I'll share my rest experience tomarrow.
