That feeling of regret and guilt that you have when you relapse proves that you want to continue. Keep fighting. Think of what you plan on achieving and how this reboot will help you in the long run. It's a challenge and as you can see from my tracker, I recently relapsed from a 160 day streak for the stupidest of reasons. I can say from experience that a life without PMO is so much better. You need to dedicate yourself 100% to what you are doing and use this forum and the people within it as a tool to help you through. The people on here know exactly what you are going through and everyone has there own tips and tricks to help.

Day 17,18/90 done!

 

Day 4 of 90 Still feeling kind of empty, working on saving my marriage I'm in 100 % she is still at 50/50. We look at a few house yesterday to buy and fix up, a place of our own, no more paying rent. I can only hope that we make it thru, she finds what it is she needs to feel better about herself and what I did to her from my lying about my addiction ( She claims it is a choice that we make), she is really struggling, asking the same questions over and over looking for answers from me, she does not seem to accept what I tell her as the truth. Stay strong, I keep telling my self. Hope to feel something besides this empty feeling soon.

Alas ... Yup man ..its over ...I broke it !! But I broke it in a way that only two drops would come out . I stopped all the rest of it and didn't let it come out all the way !! HAHA
Twenty three days was nothing for me , only it I wasn't so happy that my tests are over I wouldn't have fapped !!
You should know what I fapped too... Silly pranks !!

Day 2 has begun. Feelin rather unmotivated, but I know from my 11 days streak that motivation comes with time. It makes me happy to see many people on here succeed! Good luck and success to everyone, let's rock our lives!

Hey guys I’m 23 days in and still PM free! Still feeling strong with not needing to watch porn, which is good! The last week was rough though. Noticed my mind slipping a little with the way I was looking at women again. As well as entertaining thoughts too. Then also had a few hard days at work. Anyway almost 1/3 of the way to 90 days.

I’m gonna play some guitar now

 

12 DAYS Clean ! I heard after passing the 14 day wall it is a whole different story. Here I go for more !
