Keep fucking up these challenges. Figured I'll start again with just the 7 day one. I went almost a week without PMO last week, but gave in this morning . Was doing so well but I slipped up. Not letting it hold me back though. "You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone." as Johnny Cash once said. I've learned recently that each relapse is an opportunity for me to learn and gain new tools to help prevent the next one. Getting me closer to my goal and further distancing myself from PMO. So here we go...gonna make it til next Monday, and then beyond!
