Starting day 9. Been no problem so far but I had a really stressful evening. Can’t lie, I’m sooo tempted right now.

 

im 3 days (a tenth of the way) in, i think i can make it the rest off the 27

I bloody relapsed......I'm soo upset with myself....relapsed on end of day 4...somedays I feel like just throwing away all mobile phones and laptops and smashing them to pieces....
