I last PMO’d at 11:59 on Jan 18

    I wanted to start on a fresh day exactly. I cleaned up, put on pants, and deleted my history all at 11:59, so that 12:00 on January 19 was my first full day of absolutely no pmo.

    However, a few seconds after 12:00, I realized that I had not yet deleted my alarm that had been set to go off at 11:59, which I feel like I should have done before 12:00 to have a clean start with no PMO remnants (including an old alarm that I set specifially for my last PMO at 11:59). This has been bothering me making me feel like January 19 wasn’t my first full day of no PMO like I had tried so hard to make it to be.

    What do you think?

    I think that the exact time and day that you begin this journey isn't as important as your dedication to it. As mentioned in so many threads on this forum " you are either 100% in or 100% out" there is no inbetween. You started on January 19th man, a simple alarm doesn't change that. Now your focus should be shifted to making sure that Jan 19th 2018 is the ONLY 'first no PMO day' that you have!
    Keep it up and I recommend you to wonder through the forum seeking as much advice and tips as you possibly can.
    If you need help or have a question, ask someone or start a thread. We are all here for a reason and we can all heap each other.

    Thank you for your response. What you say makes logical sense to me, and I want to just believe it and move on. Can anyone else offer some wisdom on this, explaining to me specialfically why this is stupid and does not matter?

    I really would greatly appreciate it

    It's stupid cause this is called nofap, not "no alarm". It seem like you are searching an excuse to pmo again without feeling guilty about it, cause "it wasn't my first day anyway, I can fap".
    Stop telling bullshit to yourself, man.
