5/7, almost completed my first challenge!

 

Day 3/7 but got a wet dreams 2 times !!! Imagine it. I try to prevent it with recommendations.

Then you read about semen retention it is better try to avoid that.

 

One full day, 24 hours, complete...no PMO at all. Not easy.
