Day 12 today. I need to get a good nights sleep tonight. Been silly past few days going to bed at 2:30 and being tired really makes it difficult to not think of PMO.

Day 8 went well, I was actually too busy to post. Day 9 in progress.

 

Back to Day 1, after relapsing the other night. But have abstained from pornography for over 90 days now, so a lot has changed since I started, and everything will be overcome in incremental steps.
