I am greatful for waking up
I am greatful for the meow of my cat at the door
I am greatful for my toes. They keep me balanced and upright

 

I am greatful for the doctors hard work and their years of study.
I am grateful for engineers who design technology that allows us to live better lives.
I am grateful because of both above combined my mother lives now.
Thank god for all of it .

 

Day 53 of 30

1. I'm grateful that my parents are letting me go to France in the summer.
2. I'm grateful that my best friend is showing interest in the stuff that I like.
3. I'm grateful that I'm on time today.

 

I'm greatful

• To be me.
• To be an addict.
• To be imperfect.

 

I am grateful for the ability and access to buy groceries.
I am grateful awesome superhero tv shows.
I am grateful that I passed a test today.

 

I am grateful for my mood that's getting positive again after 2 bad days
I am grateful for my best friend, i hope he's coping with things
I am grateful for my son's dog, it's the sweetest dog ever (Spanish greyhound)

 

I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for the existence of nofap.
I am grateful for understanding how damaging PMO addiction can be.

 

Day 55

I am grateful that I still have time and opportunity to redeem myself after all of bad things I've done to myself.
I am grateful that I can find myself be hopeful and grateful for once after all those wasteful years of my life.
I am grateful for love, caring, understanding God is and realize how He is so delicate in dealing with me.
I am grateful that I can really focus of what of my objectives are for right now, next month, last month of this year and next years, all praise and thanks to God.
I am grateful this forum and it's people in it exist, may God bless their life and bring happiness to each of them.

I'm grateful to God for:
•A neighbor who was gratuitously kind to us yesterday.
•For patience and calm through difficult conversations and meetings.

I am grateful for my good assignment and exam performance while on nofap.

 

Grateful for

• Walking to work

• Losing weight

 

I am grateful I got this well argued and logical response on the waifu thread, that it has required me to think about and analyze so as to come up with a counter argument.

 

I'm greatful for

• Electricity.
• Heat.
• Drinkable water.

 

Day 54 of 30

1. I'm grateful for whatever heartbreaks I've endured, cause I've learnt from them.
2. I'm grateful that I was able to grow and be a much better man through my NoFap rebooting process (it's still ongoing), even though I'd do anything to never get addicted on the first place.
3. I'm grateful that I used to anti-social, cause I realise now how important connecting to people is.

 

I'm grateful for this day.
I'm grateful for the internet.
I am grateful for the sun beyond the clouds.

 

I had a great day at University today, I learned, was productive and had fun with my classmates. I'm grateful for that.

I'm grateful for not having relapsed today.

I'm grateful to myself for seriously striving for becoming a better person during the last couple of years. I have not been perfect, but I have generally been striving for improvement.
