Felt better today because of many factors, gonna keep focusing on improving my life.

Man, what do you all do when you have urges. Yesterday I was so tempted to buy a tablet. The the place was expensive. I walk everywhere, and I was tempted again to a specific place that sells tablets, but walked the opposite direction. But it doesn't stop me wanting to fantasize within my own brain at times. The struggle is real. Praying that will give me supernatural power to overcome this urge.

Can't seem to get past day 1. It's so frustrating. Any tips?

 

My mistake was, that i thought i could be alone with the tablet, and that I wasnˋt honest to those, whom tablet i used. Thank you.

4 days. check in. being busy with work makes it go easier. its the nighttime habits that is the trigger
