OK, I'm doing fine, but have been busy and forgot to check in last couple of days. Does this still count, or do I start over?

 

Today I've been feeling pretty bad even though it has been a little up and down. It is Friday though so I hope I get to relax somewhat.

Today the emergency button helped me. And i did the first day. Suffer the Pain of discipline and not of regret. I don´t like the Pain.
