Where is your focus to make it to 7?

My 2 cents is find something better to do than feeding your addict brain with vice i.e. edging.

 

Guys I urge you to watch this. There are three parts. You need to change the way you are thinking about this in order to succeed.

The idea is not to cut yourself off from your sexuality. But to embrace it. And part of that is practicing semen retention.

Part of that is actually learning to touch yourself with out cumming.

It's not about becoming celebate or asexual. But learning to decondition yourselves to porn and reconnect with women.

Understand this and your have the ammunition you need to abstain.

This morning was rather tough to deal with. Woke up with morning wood and urges coming right left and centre. I almost have in, almost, but then I remembered i have motherfuckers to prove wrong.

Challenge completed @2525 . This would have been very difficult earlier but I didn't what turned in my head as soon as I came across this forum. A newfound control. Onto the 14-day challenge. Hope the streak goes on.

 

I did listen to it. thank you. I want to download it and save it on my mobile phone. I just want to write you my problem, I can only go to the internet, through my parents, but I tricked them, because I wanted to try out, if I am able to say no, even if it is possible for me to go to the internet. I dont have a pc, a smartphone, and my ipad is running on guided access, so that I can only use one app. I can not use whatsapp, And so I have less contact, with my beloved once. I used an iphone with whatsapp on guided access, but after they add giphy, I couldnˋt use it anymore.

I want to be able to use a smartphone and tablet, without looking to porn, but I canˋt.
