    Hey you,
    Just wanted to thank the community first of all, lots of brave souls.
    So i've been doing nofap for about 6 months, I had a drug addiction and a pmo addiction.
    I just wanted to let you know my take on the matter since I really got in touch with the real me again and now life is awesome every way possible.

    1. Obvious right! Everyone is talking about dopamine, but the harm here is also that your brain likes blueprints for everything, "schemas" as we psychology students call it. So shen watching your p your blueprint for what sex/women/men should behave or be like is totally whackamoley. You get the gist.

    2. Dangerous topic to bring up here but nonetheless to me personally have been very useful and educational, sue me right? So how is the right way?

    Well according to ancient texts you should only bate if *needed* 1-2 a month, 24 times in a year etc etc... some say you can take (AGE-7)/4= Ejaculation frequency in days, so say this is baseline/ejaculation at most to maintain good health. Then there is this mystery about ejaculation. Should one do it? Can you O and not E? (Yes.) Can you E into your body? (Not into the bladder, another misconception) (also yes.)
    This takes a while to master, although the "art of cultivating sexual energy"
    starts with abstaining for a period of time. I dont count days since that ruined me more and it became an obsession tbh. Just choose.

    I was curious about your second point regarding testosterone production. How does saving money or practicing discipline help? I can see why there might be a link there but I'm wondering where you got the idea from or read about this.

    I'm a woman I have no testosterone.

    This is part of why I relapsed yesterday I don't know if there is any effing point as a woman in doing this.

    Regardless of testosterone when you orgasm you are releasing endorphins. Sexual release for any gender must have some hormonal component so regardless this journey will have benifits for everyone. Pick yourself back up and stay strong! The sooner the better. I am always more positive happy and energetic after a few days into nofap. I struggle getting past 2 weeks at any given time but this is the time. I know nofap has to be the right way. Like any skill it takes a lot of practice and will have a lot of set back. Stay vigilant though

    It's about subliminal encoding, the suttle things you begin to say when you develope a growing bank account. What you become and what you say to yourself during the becoming is going to increase testostorone. :) hope this was helpful.

    Also a BIG misconception. Women have both testostorone and estrogen. Testostorone plays a HUGE part in womens libido, kognition and bodily functions.
    Neither to say when women are at their best when they have just as us men, a balanced hormonal symbios.
    Another thing, it's the reasons. If you don't know the reason as if to why you want to do this, dont do it.

    Bro, your punching power and overall strength will go up from abstinence! Your body just feels more connected once the testosterone starts flooding it's like puberty all over again.

    I would also sprints, squats and deadlifts to the exercise list for increasing testosterone production.
