Right before 30 minutes i failed. I watched porn and masturbated. I feel so guilty but i hope now i can start again and make through more days then this try.

 

I want to perticipate again in this challenge.

Today is day 1 for me. I'm also doing 7-day. I know I can do 7. But if I can do 90, it'll take me back 8 years, the last time I was able to go that long without porn.

I’m still holding strong at 72 days. I hope I am not out of the challenge. I’m sorry I have not been checking in.

I’m going to have dental surgery next week and I’m going to quit smoking cigarettes this week.
