Today i will not use porn because it achieves nothing. Only pleasure, which is fake, and will only lead me to relapse.

 

Today I won’t watch porn, because I am feeling tired and imbalanced and that’s when strength to my commitment and new values is most important and being successful honoring that will make me that much more resilient

 

Today I will not use porn because I want the real deal.

Today I won't use PMO because I am a winner and winners work hard and achieve their goals, instead of fapping away their energies!

I will instead do my daily rituals/routines to ensure I achieve this, i will therefore:

1) Start of with an healthy breakfast.
2) Hit the gym hard.
3) Register at University ( I am a third year mature student via distance learning).
4) Take a cold shower.
5) Be the best performer at work!.
