im struggeling to stop even for a few days so im hoping by setting a short term goal it will help. day 0

 

Short term goals are great! Start with 7 days, then move to 14 if you need to or can. Start small though, just focus on that 7 days. You can relapse when you get there, just focus on that goal. 1 week, it will be tough, but in the great span of your life, it is a tiny tiny length of tiime. You got this.

Today has been horrible, my depersonalization and anxiety and all that shit has been unbearable, probably the worst day so far and one of the worst days of my life. I feel 100% disconnected from reality and I don't understand anything, my world is chaos and I'm scared shitless. So yeah no differences yet.

Day 7.
