[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Couldn't post for the past 5 days. I haven't relapsed. Just been really busy with exam preparations. So here's my summary :
There were moderate urges. At one point it was actually a threat. I felt like I would relapse if I followed the same pattern I was following upto that point. So I decided to shake up my routine a little bit. Did something random which I wouldn't do at that particular time of the day. So far it has worked and I've been able to control myself. Fingers crossed.

I had some sexual urges today but I controlled myself and completed another day without PMO.17 Days Complete!!

 

Day 2, just split up with the woman of my life today because i couldn't stop myself from relapsing and watching porn, i lied to her about it rather than just telling her and that was the last straw for the relationship i still want to better myself im just hoping i can try to work things through with her
