Your story really motivated me man! ! Thank you very much for sharing it :) today, I am willing to get rid of fapping for a long time ,I suffer from all the negatives aspects of PMO that you listed above so I want to change and live happily and be PMO free! I am sure I will feel same way as you do now! Thank you anyways man ;)

Congratulations man I totally agree with your post especially with 1 & 2.

I was on my 16th day and relapsed due to some experiment lol to try without porn and then later eventually watched porn that day and continued for a week then. But tbh during my 16 days streak I felt really great mentally, physically and spiritually. Like old me!

I'm on my 5th day on my 180+ challenge and I really want to make a big change in my life. After hearing from you guys it feels like I've found a holy light from the God!

Congratulations once again dude and good luck with the rest of your NO PMO journey.

Never ever going on PMO no matter what!! You guys r the real motivation. Thanks a ton! (Sorry for bad English - hopefully after my 180 days this will be better as I was not this bad with my grammar lol)

This is great, man, keep it up! I'm in a similar position to you (26 days), and I have problems very similar to yours. I can totally relate. The process is slow, but you can literally feel the improvement in you. You get to a mentality where, when life gives you a fight, your mind wants you to beat the hell out of it!

Great post, I had similar problems, social anxiety with females mainly. It's still there even after 21 days. But it might have to do with my answer to the usual question "What do you do?" When the question should be "Who are you?" or "How do you do?" despite how unusual the "who are you?" question is, it shows what kind of person you are dealing with. I could answer confidently, "I'm a regular stay at home son that is currently unemployed but loves life" but that would be weird too for the other person maybe.

Congrats on your true happiness, Keep it up, as we all are in this together.

I am have been noticing the exact same problems too bro, I just assumed the DERMATITIS was linked to hot water... or something else. Then it was occurring without even coming in contact with hot water. Keep up the good work man
