suffering from hyperspermia

after consultation it seems there actually is a recognised medical condition I'm suffering from.

Contributing factors to the current problems of nocturnal emissions and involuntary ejacultion are known medically as, HYPERSPERMIA which is a condition in where a male has an abnormally large ejaculate (or semen ) volume . Males with hyperspermia usually have higher sex drives than males that do not and will often have erratic erections. Ejaculation is a phenomenon in which a male releases semen or sperm in high volume. Usually, medical hyperspermia definition describes this sexual disorder as, “It is a sexual phenomenon when a male discharges sexually with a lot of sperms almost equal or more than 5.5 ml.” Many men and boys consider it harmless and risk-free disorder, but in fact, it should be investigated to rule out possibility of any complication later on. Sometimes, the men experience little pain during the discharge and often they have a lasting fatigue after having a sex encounter.
The occurrence of spontaneous ejaculation and frequent wet dreams will increase as you experienced previously .

It isn't a big problem most of the time but there are occasions when it really can be embarrassing, there are some occasions where you really don't want to cum in your pants like when with a partners mother for e.g.

 

Yes but the former directly contributes to the latter. When I've ejaculated spontaneously it not necessarily a full orgasm but a spasm that can force out enough semen to be noticed, the time I've actually fully cum spontaneously are rare.
