Aww, I am very sad. Should have seen this message early. I just relapsed and starting back to day 0. Only positive note is I managed to be pmo free for 8 days.

Ok .... listen people. You CAN do this !!!
You can ! The key for me was, PLAN NOT TO RELAPSE !.... Meaning, schedule your day. Every hour if you have to.

Second, PREPLAN your escape. If things get tough, GET OUTTA THERE. Go somewhere, get out of the house, get a change of scenery.

Did I mention, plan your day ? Make a to-do list for the next day, before bed. Wake up, review the list and add to it.
