but I will go on, my objective is the complete reboot (90 days)

Day 34 done! A better day than yesterday, no looking at Psubs and feeling good. Some friends and I have organised a D&D group and we're playing for the first time on Saturday. I'm looking forward to it a lot, and I hope we get to play regularly. Going to go to the gym later.

 

After 25 total days without PMO, I can say that I'm starting to feel less the urge of masturbating... but I'm often very nervous, my body needs something to relieve the tension...
