Self control

So last week I willingly relapsed after a fun time with my girl. That was after 90 days or so days. The "superpowers" didn't go away.

The real test of self control came yesterday when she told me her friend wanted to join us. Instant turn on. Couldn't stop thinking about it on the way home from work.

The point is that the thought of pleasing myself to the fantasy or opportunity quickly dissipated when I decided to wait for it to happen. The thought of not being able to perform didn't cross my mind but more about being able to please them maximally.

At the end of the day, PM is a decision. The cravings are gone yet the libido is there, and as long I know my libido is under my control then I am under control. It's a great feeling having this state of mind because once you're there, you're no longer in autopilot to PMO. Trust me, finish your reboot and regain the feeling of self control. That's one of the best highs.
