Woman attraction

From what I know, when retaining semen you build this energy or so called "CHI" inside of you. And this energy is shown through actions and your overall confidence to situations and confidence with women. Also when you retain semen your testosterone builds up and this release more pheromones. Pheromones is this chemical produced in the body which also releases a type of scent, and as the more you build more of this scent is released which is picked up by women creating intense attraction.

 

Is that actually true??

 

Really going out on a limb here, but maybe those who quit are happier, and those who are happier have more self-confidence, and those who have more self-confidence behave in gregarious and likable ways, and (here's the real stretch) those who behave in gregarious and likable ways are in fact liked by others. No mysterious Chi or pheromones needed.
