Day 4 complete. Bad headache right now cause I’m getting off caffeine again. My brain is craving poison but I’m not giving in. Porn is poison too.

 

Day 66.

 

Day 20. This whole weekend turned out to be great. My head feels so clear. I really can't fathom how I was functioning with all the brain fog. I spent a lot of time with my wife and we enjoyed each other company with out any kind of argument but we did have a couple of discussions that seem to help both of us understand how the other feels. This seems to be helping and I hope to see more good days ahead.

checking in before bed, day 1 complete. Today was busy, but before bed I was lying here and suddenly felt the urge to M but came here instead for motivation. Best of luck to everyone!

 

Day 34 just ended and I must say it was a rather difficult one considering I had sexual urges going like crazy… my mind was just going like a squirrel cage and I had a hard time keeping my eyes on the prize… A friend of mine and me traveled to Detroit yesterday and we had all kinds of fun exploring the Renaissance Center and I met A ton of people… I saw a lot of cute girls and even talk to the few… I even danced at a party that me and my friend crashed at...lol... but those images of those girls were running in my head… I am very proud of myself that I've made it this far and i'm just exercising more self-control…
