Came downstairs this morning after relapse yesterday and the first thing said to me was that I looked a little under the weather, that I didn’t look my normal self. People really do notice when you PMO. Been a bit of an eye opener whilst battling through the brain fog today.

Strange thing, wife gave me a head on Friday and it felt like million bucks, she did it yesterday as she thinks it is very unhealthy for me to build up tension but after that I just felt like going to watch porn and masturbate, kind of edge it a bit but didn't watch pornography regain my composure, this addiction is tough, only thing that kept me from going all out was regretful feelings from people who broke their streak!

Wow I ended up missing a day, and I didn't even realize it. Today is day 19 and its almost done. I see what guys mean when they talk about flatline.... It definitely makes it easier to keep my streak going!
