[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

I thought I was when I posted that, turns out I was on day 4.

Day 27 wasn't too bad but I know I can't let my guard down for tomorrow.

Finally back at one month sobriety, was there before a couple times, but now have the confidence that I bring it to 100 Days cause I have changed my approach to NoFap, I recommit myself daily with recovery-routines (find out more in my journal), furthermore I have a strong trust and belive in NoFap, cause my life-situation got drastically better.
No matter how hard I cry, I will push myself to over 100 Days. Am exited to see what happens.

Overall, I felt a strong increase in willpower, creative energy, life-satisfaction, positive emotions and success with women.
Instead of crying about my life, I am patient, pro-active and solution oriented.

day 23 completed...24 in progress, don't know where it comes from but i am feeling a formidable urge to watch porn, it came suddenly.
