    - block all pornsites and let someone else set the password
    - find other activities to do instead of watching porn (preferably away from your laptop/pc)

    Good luck!

    - Create a throw away account here https://www.guerrillamail.com
    - Use that email to sign up and download K9 Web filter http://www1.k9webprotection.com
    - On K9 settings block the keyword 'k9' (this will stop you searching for ways to disable it)
    - When you have set it up change the password to something completely random( just bash on the keyboard or something)
    - Log out of K9 and never access porn again

Also if you are really addicted you could swap your smart phone for one without internet access temporarily, which is what I have done.

1)Imagine you are on a stage doing PMO and everyone you know is watching you.
2)Imagine that your search history is available to anyone who wants to look at it.
3)Imagine that your search history is published daily in the local newspaper.
4)Consider the pain that most of the people who are playing the roles in these films experience, how they are exploited, and a lot of them live really shitty lives, and you are watching them at their most vulnerable.
5)Consider how rich the sleezebags who exploit these porn actors become off their misery. They don't give a flying fuck about anyone but themselves.

    Does anyone have anymore?
We need to bring mindfulness to bear when the temptation arises. Come back to reality as quickly as you can. Turn around and Walk away from the computer.

if you live with others, in a house, keep your room door open. See if you have any close friend you can call when the urge is there. Socializing and opening up to others is such a powerful method I noticed, cuts the shame and pressure on you going through this all by yourself.

Set small goals, projects or go work out. Read a book. Initially you have to push yourself/your brain in doing something different, but in a couple of days in my experience, new habits are starting to become automatic already, and the (old automatic ingrained) urge to porn will fade

Yes you are fighting an addiction, as am I and most of the folks here. As most of the folks here can probably tell you, I have lapsed multiple times since I started.

Recently, however, I found a good way to combat the urges to view porn and that is to read the testimonial section of the pink cross' website, www.thepinkcross.org, specifically those of the female porn stars. Now I should warn you, they are rather shocking and somewhat disturbing. However, they let you see the porn industry for what it is and it will leave you disgusted by porn. You will still get urges, after reading them but that is because you are addicted.

Also there is this video on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymWVWHOgDFM

I am not promising that this will work for you, I am just telling you what has worked for me.

    Good luck.
