[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

I had some thoughts the other day not sure where mine came from either, it was just kind of out of the blue this thought passed thru my mind.

Im listening to Christian music and it just seems to turn my mind off from all my worries...

19th day....

 

Day 6. One day more.

 

91 days... I made it.

I have been learning a lot about my coping mechanism and I don't think this site alone made me get to 90 days. But it was part of the process for sure.

Working with a sex therapist and support group has been very helpful too. I have to figure out my next moves, but right now this feels pretty friggin' good.

 

Relapsed. Back to 0/90

 

4/30! having a pretty good day wasnt this morning alot better now.
