    Not sure why I've decided to put myself though this. I guess I like a challenge and after reading a few stories about benefits I could use a confidence booster and a little more happiness in my life. I'm on Day 4 which is nothing but I just discovered this site today. I figured I will stick with this for at least a month and deal with the pain in my nuts and see if I notice some change.

    U ll definately see a change but i think 1 month is not enough. go for atleast 90 days. it all starts after 45 days And depends on ur addiction.

    I am only on day three myself, but I think that you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

    Based on what I have read, and depending on your age and circumstances, it may take longer to see results.
