Frequent wet dreams..Please help me!

Am 22. I watched porn continuously everyday in the week before last week and i stopped it then am experiencing wet dreams daily for the last 5 days. Someone tell me whether it is normal getting wet dreams continuously for 5 days??

When I have wet dreams in higher frequency, I am basically about to relapse. The usual for me is to have one wet dream that accompanies a weakened state and eventual relapse (quite often). When I get haunted by wet dreams it's like I have already relapsed psychologically and it's only a matter of time till I physically relapse and have a PMO session. It would be great to find a way out of that particular mess ...

I'm 31 years old. I would expect that age doesn't matter that much in this ... common wisdom says wet dreams are thing for teenagers, but I do have them quite predictably after a couple of weeks into nofap.
