Hey there, after reading this thread I decided to sign up and give some insight as a guy who got cut with 16, now 27.
Keep in mind this is only my personal experience, and it might not be the same for everyone.

I masturbated before, and I masturbated afterwards. No difference in frequency.

Am I less sensitive than before? No. After the circumcision I actually felt hyper-sensitive for a while, but that normalized. I DON'T get any less pleasure from either sex, nor masturbation. At least not subjectively. If anything, moving less skin around feels slightly more arousing to me (like, if you pulled down your foreskin during masturbation, you'd probably cum faster).

Did the way I masturbate change? Not really. I'd still make a fist around it, and move up and down. Only difference: There needs to be lube of some kind.

Even without lube, if I'd deliberately massage the tip, or just the underside while I'm horny, I would probably cum in under a minute, just like anyone else. So, unlike someone stated earlier: Yes, I *could* just slip my hand into my pants and masturbate.

Washing -- Probably a non-issue unless you have a condition. But sure, it's easier, and you don't even have to think about it.

Looks -- Highly subjective. Personally, I think it looks cute (and hot) when the tip is always visible, and there's less skin. Is that enough reason to get cut? Only you can decide.

I'm circumcised. Didn't even know that I was missing anything until well into my teens. Any talk of foreskin, whether it was cutting it or using it, only served to confuse me. Did absolutely nothing to keep me from m'ing.

The foreskin is very important to preserve. It helps the man produce the neoro biology of love when mating with a woman. This holds families together. When the man has no foreskin he can't bond properly with the woman during sex. Also in the OP it said those peoples whom had the circs done were more "productive". That is all a part of the mind control anyway. Productivity is not really aligned with nature, its aligned with roboticness.
