Day 4 Today i noticed at work huge dopamine releases around female college it was like a drug wtf

Almost there.

 

Day 0 . I just completed the 7 days challenge and now I'm facing with this challenge!

 

After completing the 7 day challenge, I am excited to start this challenge.

Day 4, I'm still in. This was about the time I relapsed last time, but I am much more determined this time around. Last time I let my addiction fool me into believing I deserved a reward (?). Cray. Guarding for that pattern. Overall positive experience.

My advice: Don't put to much stress on yourself.

After going so strong for 11 days I finally cracked and had a big relapse. I don't want to let myself slip back into these disgusting habits. I'm determined more than ever to quit this addiction
