Haven't posted for several days. Been moving across the whole country, hitting every last bit of shitty weather along the way. That's done though. Day 10

 

Day 6/30 began. Rock on.

 

Day 13. I'm feeling more confident that I'm getting PMO under control and I'm thinking it may be time to start visiting nofap less. I come here too often when it's not needed to kill time and I need to get off my phone and focus more on the world around me
