    I'm new to NoFap. My name is Jackson. I've suffered with depression for many years, and I often turn to porn to relieve my sadness, anxiety, and stress. I'm receiving treatment for the depression, but my porn use has hurt my marriage. My wife tries to be understanding, bit I'm afraid I may push her to a point where she can no longer forgive.
    So, I come here in hopes that this will somehow help.
