Day 7 half way there.

 

I was relapsed today. So I'm back after 21-days challenge.

Day 0 for me.

Day 0/14 again...damn it. I was at Day 11 or so and had a very frustrating day incl. problems with women which really got me out of my way...I want to try to think about how I feel after PMOing from now on when I get urges - really bad, almost dirty

 

Failed again.. But the streak came till 10 days this time. Unfortunately I binged hard for a few days
Back to day 0

 

It's 2 times 7 so it's achievable

 

Yesterday, I was being bombarded with the urges, instead of focusing my thoughts onto something else, I gave in. I'm starting back at day 0.

 

day 8 . today i feel better. i was alone at home, but i concentrated in doing something, no remanining in boredom, i studied for the interview i have tomorrow
