    i continued masterbation since age of 12 and now i reached to age of 18 .. i generally feel shy for that....and always feel tired bcoz of that only ...and nowadays I started to masturbate 2 times in a days... I really feel so bad...and i am wanted to totally stop.it and wanted to build my career because i am so much wasted my precious times and my academic is keep in going worst...so with this website i am wanting to chage my lethargic and poor life to a good person...plzz help as if possible..
