Day 12. No urges, everything is going well!

 

Your physiology will reach its own equilibrium naturally. Physical changes take time, but the tradeoff is the process teaches you wisdom, if you listen.

 

No urges today either. I'm also starting to feel some motivation to improve my life. Because of depression and anxiety, it has been a long since I felt any motivation so this is a good sign.
