[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Just completed day 1. Starting day 2.

 

After I wrote the above... had crazy urges to masturbate. No porn. Did not do it. But caught myself started. Went to the gym instead.

 

5/7. So happy with myself right now. I’ve learned my most important rule is to never go commando. If I do it’s like a constant reminder that I could give in. But when I wear underwear it’s a constant reminder of NoFap. It’s a big deal.

 

Day 6/7 done. Feeling proud that I almost completed the challenge. Only a few urges, but I was once again stronger. The last 24 hours go in now and then I'm offocially a week without PMO !
