Day 18/90. Yesterday was a shitty day. Felt like falling apart, but keeping away from old habits. Nobody said it was going to be easy..

 

Day 8.

I had a brief moment where I really wanted to give in to my urges. It was a like a fog of lust washed over me and was threatening to consume me. All of the same old lies popped into my head. "One last time", "what are you missing", "you know you'll just fail like you have in the past". Thankfully I shook them off and kept moving through my day. I need to remember that there is nothing for me in porn, just emptiness and guilt. Turning back to porn does nothing but drag me further from where I want to be. And yes, I have failed in the past. However, our history does not dictate our present. I am not the same person I was years ago, and the failings of my past do not need to be replayed in my present. Today I can choose to walk a different path.

Holy crow this journey has been a crazy one. I've started thinking about what my journey is going to be like after my 90 to ensure I stay on track. I still have a lot of work to do and I believe my physical fitness plays a big role in rehabilitating my overall health.

Make sure you won't take the steps back, but keep going living by your values. Falling back would be simply cruel to yourself, and the regret of it too heavy a burden.

First day of my new rebooting program. I've been through this pathway two times, and I want to do it again, and this time i want to achive my goals. Luck to all !!

Day 0. Acted out after midnight to “help me sleep”. Of course it didn’t...

 

Very much near to watch porn. in fact I opened google and opened some sexy images of couple with dress on. Then I just got remember my community in 10 seconds and closed the window immediately. It was not porn images but some images of couple with intimate feelings. But I closed them immediately. Because although these images were not nude and porn, but an attractive and dangerous way to porn images. Hardly saved my streak, now on avoid all kind of images even pictures of couple kiss!

 

I did not watch pornography and just have a look on couple kissing and hugging each other with clothes on. No nudity. I am sure I did not break my commitment of watching porn images/movies/scenes. But I will also avoid romance triggering images too (even couple in full dress), so I might not again fall in nudity or pornography.
