So this morning when I was in the shower I was able to get myself off with the pulsating shower head. I didn't use porn, any type of fantasy and definitely didn't use my hand. I'm not doing a hardcore nofap90, I'm allowing myself to have sex(when possible) so I was just curious if that could be considered a relapse?

You are allowing yourself to have sex. Fair enough. So this morning you decided to have sex with the shower head. I guess this depends on what you allow yourself to have sex with. To me, this is a relapse. Hand, shower head, or mattress, are all forms of masturbation (self stimulation of the genitals). Having sex with a real woman (or man) on the other hand, is completely different.

Used the water pressure to get myself off. Didn't know if it's considered a relapse if I'm not doing "hard mode".

masturbation = the stimulation of your genital organs or, less commonly, those of another to achieve sexual pleasure (http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/masturbation). So, when you 'used the water pressure to get yourself off', you masturbated (not being on hard mode is irrelevant). If you had a counter it should read 0 hours.

You create your own rules. With what you're trying to accomplish (I'm guessing that's just giving up porn) you didn't go against your intentions. It sounds like you feel natural about what you did, so you shouldn't feel like you relapsed. That's just my opinion. Although from my short term experience, I recommend you try to O as least often as possible. You'll feel more super powers quickly.

What particular benefits do you see and what's the time frame for said benefits?

Well you said you're allowing yourself sex. What you did in the shower was not sex. So I'm confused with your logic.

you are not in a hard mode, and there was no porn, so this is NOT relapse buddy

I understand what you're saying but for me masturbation has always been about using the hand. Often times if you grip too tight it can hurt the nerve endings and the penis overall potentially causing ED right? If so using the the pressure stream from the shower head was able to get me off without using porn or my hand and not harming me so to speak. I didn't grip down hurting the nerve endings or use porn and strengthen the neural pathways that I've already set up over the years. If I'm having sex I'm doing it to ejaculate, just using a woman instead of a death grip/porn. Wouldn't using the water pressure and not my hand be almost the same principle since I'm not death gripping my penis and/or using porn?

If it's not with your girlfriend/wife, I consider it a relapse.

Well I guess you should specify then. You said you allow yourself sex. What you did in the shower was not sex, that was masturbation (again self-stimulating your genitals). And what you say about hurting your nerve endings, I've never heard of this before. To me, ED is caused by the usage of increasingly graphic and dark porn along with masturbation. But it never occurred to me that ED might be caused through the "death grip".

Using a different source to stimulate your genitals doesn't make it sex. Masturbation is masturbation, with or without your hand.

Time frame is different for everyone. Depends on your diet, sleep schedule, age, mentality, exercise, etc. but what I feel from avoiding O is more clarity, more focused energy, better self discipline/more drive to get stuff done. Hope this helps.
