***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful and thankful for:
Having a tasty breakfast and milk-tea this morning.
That I am going to start working soon.
That the relationship with my brother is significantly improved. I appreciate all the effort he made and his patience.

 

1. I'm grateful for having an awesome time with my family.
2. I'm grateful for the sunny weather today.
3. I'm grateful for feeling great today.

 

I am grateful for being able to teach abstaining from PMO to others.
I am grateful for the confidence I have to get back my streak.
I am grateful for the love i have for myself.

 

@Warrior Within Really glad to see you active here again, my dear brother! Keep it up, really! If we post daily here we will not only do a great service for ourselves, but also for the entire community! Let's do this! ;D

I am grateful for following things today:
1. For waking up quite early and energized today!
2. For my plans for the days to come.
3. For studying quite well!
4. For the two huge exams which I am going to write in the next weeks! Then just the 3 final written + 1 oral exam in History, then I conquered them all!
5. For my friends.
6. For my family!
7. For the insane amount of support I am getting here!
8. For all the people here. Together we are going to conquer this addiction!
9. For my plans for the remaining day!

 

I am grateful for the weekend, i'll have more time for myself to reflect on things
I am grateful for being positive and being able to feel good today
I am grateful for all the awesome people here who support each other and myself, thank you !

 

I am grateful for a quiet Saturday morning with family.
I am grateful for this forum to express myself.
I am grateful that I have saved some money to start my own business.

 

I am thankful to have my health for now, so that I can still provide.

I am thankful to have my everything going good during my childhood.

I am thankful to have most of the thing i want in my life.

Ability to refocus and clarify my goals and journal approach

Having a restful sleep.

Being aware of my privilege so that my privilege can stop coming at the expense of others.

For this community and the kindness and good efforts we share with each other.

Birds, frogs singing in the rain, forests, and this beautiful world and it’s creatures.

I’m grateful to have bumped into two friends last night by pure chance and then chatting over cups of tea.
I’m grateful for the beautiful sunny day and spending it with a friend walking and viewing art.
I’m grateful for the online group meditation I took part in this evening and to the person who organised it.
I’m grateful for getting to bed early.

All members of my big family. They organized a BBQ last night and we enjoyed having each other.
A joyful and delicious lunch with my mother in a Japanese restaurant. The sushi was insanely tasty and fresh.
Growing up in Hong Kong in which good restaurants are omnipresent.

 

I am grateful for having great friends, and having been able to see them a lot recently.

I am grateful for the buzz of learning.

 

I am grateful for the food i get everyday
